It was a restaurant I had been planning to come to for a long time, and today was the day. I loved the liver in the tajine, and it was amazing with the freshly baked rounded puffy bread. The grilled Kibbe was also delicious. The minced meat manakesh was a different flavor with its different spices. I would have preferred to eat this dish in a nicer environment, but unfortunately this is what happens when you eat it in the bachelor's lounge, maybe the family lounge is a warmer environment.
