An Absolute Masterclass in Authentic Flavors If you are looking for genuinely authentic Turkish and Levantine cuisine in Riyadh, Armin delivers on every single front. From the moment you step in, the attention to detail is obvious, but it’s the food that truly steals the show. The Standouts: The Lahmajun: Absolutely spectacular. The crust achieves that elusive, perfect balance of being incredibly thin and crispy while remaining tender, and the minced meat seasoning is flawlessly balanced. It is easily some of the best you can find in the city. Taste & Execution: Everything we ordered was perfectly made. The culinary team clearly respects traditional techniques; every dish arrived beautifully presented, at the ideal temperature, and packed with deep, authentic flavors that don’t rely on gimmicks.
