Waited for more than 30 minutes at the drive-thru, only to find out that our order had apparently been ready for quite some time already. What made the experience even worse was when we tried to confront the staff about it, they literally just shut the window on us instead of addressing the concern. Extremely disappointing customer service and very unprofessional handling of customers. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an Army Navy branch. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
