We wish to clarify that our “Crude Fish” has maintained the same standards and quantities since its creation; perhaps it may have been confused with our “Fish Tower”, which includes three floors of fish, both raw and cooked. Regarding the "Fish Colafritto", it includes a mix of squid, prawns and vegetables, prepared directly by us (unlike many restaurants that buy them ready-made). Your comment on the portions seems a bit excessive to us, since your partner was unable to finish it and you yourself helped her. When he talks about "quality of the fried food," it would be useful to know if he is referring to the freshness of the ingredients or the cooking itself: the oil had in fact just been changed. As for the prawns, which cannot be exchanged with classic prawns due to their size, we cook them in a wood oven and serve them whole to show their quality, already shelled for convenience. We imagine that the thing that really upset her was the bill exceeding her expectations, given that during dinner she did not report any dissatisfaction to the waiter.
