Rome was our last spot we had to visit and we were bummed from our last hotel stay at Lucerne arriving at Best Western we received superb service from the receptionists. For those who are looking for a hotel that showcases the neighborhoods and daily lives in Rome I believe Best Western is a great choice! The reason for the review is to highlight the staff that worked at the hotel namely Antonio, who went above and beyond as a concierge, specifically for helping us navigate this new place explaining transportation services available to us and helping us with all wants and needs throughout our stay. Then at breakfast we had perfect customer service from Matteo and Salvatore and at late nights when we came in drenched from the rain and needed coffee, Roberto would bring us coffee even tho he was right about to close up. I will be coming back to Rome soon and stay here again. Thank you to Best Western for the hospitality and high level of customer care and support. Service: 5

Stay was excellent thank you, staff where so friendly and helpful felt welcomed right away, room was very comfortable and well furnished was really happy to have a small balcony. Location was great nice and quiet but still easy to get around, don’t believe google don’t do the metro get Bus 90 otherwise you’ll be climbing a million steps. Everything was super clean and well furnished and maintained really enjoyed staying here.

The Best Western Ars Hotel did not convince me, a 4 star in Rome cannot have certain shortcomings. The room has several bathroom problems and the cleaning in some cases is summary (e.g. remote control). Breakfast is served in a courteous manner but with the professionalism of a 2 star, the coffee is undrinkable, the staff at the reception is courteous and the location, although secluded, is 2 steps from Nomentana and the Conca d'Oro metro Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 3
