If you have never tasted Mediterranean and Spanish cuisines, you should reserve a table and try the menu at Restaurante Arsenio Manila. To try nicely cooked tapas, tuna tartare and tuna tataki is a really good idea. You will enjoy its food, especially good chocolate pie, fruitcake and parfait. When visiting this place, it's a must to try delicious wine, beer or Sangria. Great cortado gets positive reviews.

For me the level has dropped a bit. On the last visit, during the week, I ordered Tartare, Guacamole, Puchero Croquettes and Prawn Salad. The guacamole lacked a lot of dressing. I had to ask for lemon and salt to rectify it (quite a bit). I have to say that I am not a person who likes foods especially strong. But I think that either they forgot to add it or I would say that the recipe is not suitable. I know Mexican food well. On the other hand, both the prawn salad and the tartar were good but they were missing a touch from my point of view. Lastly, I find it very sad that they have removed the tartare bar cover, since if before I could have you as an option to come only some nights and be able to eat a variety of things, now I will not be able to do so. I find it very unfortunate. Finally, I found little variety of wine by the glass for a place of your level and the fact of gathering all the clientele in a single area to speed things up greatly increases the ambient noise, which is very uncomfortable for me.
