Having seen Old Police Cells Museum, it's time to have a rest at this cafe. Being at ARTBOX Cafe - Hello Kitty & Friends, taste nicely cooked sundaes, waffles and biscuits. You will be offered good coffee or great matcha.

The staff is efficient that's what makes this place so nice. People mention that the service is enjoyable here. Based on the visitors' opinions, prices are adequate.
