A small cozy restaurant in the picturesque town of Artenara. We went in the morning to have a coffee and decided to return at noon to eat, especially because of the good treatment and kindness of Laura who served us. It's nice to find people like that in the hospitality industry, eager to work and with a big smile. We will not regret it; The food was delicious, homemade and from kilometer 0 and it shows. Stew, goat meat, chicken and bread with aioli (spectacular!) Everything was delicious. We will definitely return! Arte-Gaia Restaurant in Artenara is a true gastronomic oasis in the heart of Gran Canaria. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed by the charming atmosphere and the special treatment we received from the team. The waitress greeted us with a genuine smile and enthusiastically guided us through the menu, recommending dishes that pleasantly surprised us. The cook demonstrated her talent in each dish we tried, highlighting local flavors with impeccable presentation. We tried the wrinkled potatoes, a Canarian classic, also the Ali Oli which personally is the best I have ever tried. In addition, the black pork cheek was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, we couldn't leave without trying the spectacular flan, 100% recommended. The restaurant's atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Every detail, from the decoration to the low lighting, contributes to creating an unforgettable dining experience. In summary, Arte-Gaia Restaurante not only conquered us with its delicious food, but also with the exceptional treatment we received. Without a doubt, a place to which we will return to continue exploring its exquisite culinary proposal. A place to enjoy simple meals straight from the owner's garden: Juanate.
