I can't say if this is the best place to eat in Agia Roumeli. Mainly because the food was so delicious that for four days it didn't even cross our mind to go anywhere else. Next time we come to Crete, I will plan a trip so that we can eat there every day. Even if we had to go 20 kilometers through the mountains from Sougia.Contrary to the opinions presented above, the meal ends not only with a carafe of raki but also with a dessert.I add some stars here just in case: *************

Great Greek salads, pizza is different that the one we know, dough is more like bread dough, without tomato sauce, we liked it. Right price

Very nice and quiet place; you sit under a roof of leaves and enjoy delicious food (great fries; amazing stuffed zucchini flowers; top swordfish); very fair prices (rather low actually, e.g. Souvlaki for 8E) - we were surprised why other chose the much noisier place on opposite side
