I had a great experience at this cafe.i even asked for barista's name.because i was really impressed by his service. Onse was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient.he answered all my questions about the coffee clearly and help me to choose the right drinks. I really appreciated their all services. Honestly, I am utterly disappointed. While the place looks nice and decorative on the surface, the overall experience was a total nightmare. The smoke and shisha smell in there is overwhelmingly strong—it desperately needs proper ventilation. We booked a table for a large group of 10, and it turned out to be one of the worst service and food experiences I’ve ever had. While the salads and pizzas were just mediocre, everything else was completely sub-par. I’d particularly advise everyone to avoid the risotto—it was awful. To make matters worse, the service was unbelievably poor. The Filipina waitress who served us had zero customer service skills. We had to constantly flag her down just to place an order or get our table cleaned. When we politely pointed out that the Saudi coffee tasted terrible and was practically undrinkable, she didn't care at all. I explicitly told her we shouldn't be charged for something no one could drink, but she flat-out refused to refund it and stubbornly refused to bring a manager over to handle the issue. It is outrageously expensive for a place that delivers such abysmal food and service. I am beyond frustrated and definitely won't be back.
