Amazing and cosy place.. The profiterole is very tasty and I really loved their service. I specially recommend the brownie as they have a special way of making it with ice cream. Overall highly recommended Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My sister and I visited Arzen Factory twice during our trip to Istanbul. Aside from the location being beautiful and the desserts looking delicious in the display, the staff were very kind and the coffee was good.
