As a coriander lover, you can't get wrong by ordering their super-dense coriander soup udon. Very tasty and rich flavour. The owners were very friendly, polite and carefree. They treat their customer like their friends. You don't feel rushed and can enjoy their food. Will visit again on my future trip to HK. If you follow IG, you will get sashimi or drinks immediately! The ultimate five-grade sashimi donburi ($128) - The store clerk said this is one of the orders that many customers order! Among the five items, there are flower-shaped salmons, all of which are quite plump. However, the swordfish meat is soft, and I personally prefer this to the former. There are also crispy and chewy octopus & fresh and sweet scallops, There is also a red shrimp and a little salmon roe. Although it is only a small shop, the side dishes and rice portions are not lacking. There are corn, cucumber, and ginger: the rice is especially flavored with MSG.
