Went there today. Wanted to try the keto Carne Asada tacos. I asked how much the tacos were and the lady told me that they were $2.50 each so I ordered three tacos and one drink. I’m guessing my food would be around $10 or $11. As she rings me up, she tells me my total is $19 and change I questioned why and she proceeded to tell me that there was some sort of tax. She didn’t know what tax but that was the additional charge. All of my family ordered from there, and everyone was overcharged. She could not tell me why I was being charged that but other than It was some sort of tax. After about five minutes explaining how the total was wrong I just told her to forget the whole thing. Went online, went to their website and checked that the Carne Asada keto tacos were in fact $2.50 each. It was extremely frustrating being told that I was being chargedh for something that they had not explanation for. I just find it extremely unprofessional to have a price on your menu and online and then be charged for a tax that you have no idea what it’s for and that cannot be explained to you. She seemed shocked that I was questioning the price. And seemed nervous that I continued to do the math myself and ask why I was being charged almost $20. I hope they don’t do that to their customers, especially for people that don’t pay attention i and are being charged extra.
