We’re truly glad to hear that you enjoyed the Murotsu oysters and our oxtail soup. It’s always encouraging to know that certain dishes left a positive impression. At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that the Tajima Wagyu Striploin and Iberico Pork Collar did not meet your expectations. We take comments regarding seasoning, tenderness and overall dining experience seriously, and your feedback has been shared with our kitchen team for review. Regarding the timing of the dishes, we understand how important pacing is during a celebration meal. We apologise if the main course arrived before you had the opportunity to fully enjoy your oysters and soup. This is certainly not the dining flow we aim to provide. As for the lotus root pairing, we appreciate your honest feedback. While our kitchen intended it to provide a contrasting texture and flavour profile, we understand that food preferences can be very personal and not every pairing resonates with every guest.
