This is the greatest spot near Shiono Cape Tourist Tower. The energetic staff at this cafe can show how much they like their guests. The good service is something these restaurateurs care about. Opens at about 8.30am as I went by at 8am and it was not opened. Old uncle runs this place and we got some homemade breakfast of sausage, eggs, bread and some medicinal tasting coffee. 1,100 yen in total for 2 sets. Not many places selling breakfast early here so this was our best bet.
