I want to tell everyone that I checked everything here, food, staff, service, I found it very good and satisfied with the rest of the hotel and the location too. Good Staff and friendly service. Ashqazan Uzbek Restaurant is one of the best places I’ve visited for authentic Uzbek cuisine. The food is full of flavor, the portions are generous, and the presentation is impressive. I tried the Chicken Bukhari, and it was absolutely delicious. The rice was fragrant, light, and perfectly cooked, while the chicken was tender and packed with flavor. What made the experience even better was the beautiful sharing platter that came with a variety of traditional Uzbek specialties. The baked pastries, especially the Manti and Yagmash, were outstanding. Freshly baked, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the Bukhari rice. The platter also included delicious sauces and dumplings that added even more authenticity to the meal. The restaurant’s most popular dish is clearly the Lamb Bukhari, and after seeing how many customers order it, I’ll definitely be coming back to try it next time. If you’re looking for authentic Uzbek food, generous portions, excellent quality, and a true Central Asian dining experience, Ashqazan is a must-visit. Every dish feels homemade, and the attention to detail is exceptional. Highly recommended! A hidden gem in Riyadh that deserves much more recognition.
