We were really looking forward to trying Asha's. Small menu but all lovely sounding meals. I ordered a Chicken tikka salad starter, the chicken could have smashed a window, it was so over cooked. I couldn't stab it with my folk, sent it back and a fresh dish came which was lovely and succulent. My friend ordered a spinach chat starter which was 3/4 yoghurt not a great start at all. Mains we ordered the Salmon and king prawn curries to share. Each at £27 but disappointingly both only had X3 prawn and Salmon pieces. The sauce was tasty but too rich we couldn't eat much. The staff didn't know the menu to answer if any chicken was breast meat, even after going checking she didn't know. We didn't get asked if everything was ok or we'd enjoyed our meal. Very disappointing especially with the prices!

Food was cold and the taste wasn’t great. Not happy with our choice of restaurant for our romantic night away. It was very expensive for a rubbish meal

Fantastic service and the food is delicious. Asha's Manchester and Birmingham are two of the best Indian restaurants in the UK. I would highly recommend Asha's to anyone.
