I had previously tried one of Ashlee's Christmas cupcakes and knew I wanted to get an order in at some point. Recently celebrating my birthday, I opted to place an order for 24 mini cupcakes. 12 which were dairy free. I opted for carrot cake. After messaging Ashlee, she was very polite, helpful and friendly. She asked what sort of theme I wanted, gave her recommendations and different suggestions. Everything was top tier. Just talking about the order was making me excited! When I picked up the order, the first thing I noted was how professional everything looked. The fine details and care given. The handy 'how to' card, the presentation of the box, and of course, the cakes. The little touches, such as the ribbon and candle were something which I greatly appreciated. The cakes themselves were a hit. They were enjoyed by all. I tried both the dairy, and non-dairy. I could barely tell the difference. The quality of the cakes were fantastic. I highly recommend Ashlee's cakes. Thanks again Ashlee, looking forward to placing an order again at some point!

I contacted Ashlee about a cake for our small wedding - I wanted something simple with pearl features to match my outfit. The cake was delicious and beautifully presented.
