Just passing thru the area, found this place tucked away in a strip mall. We were greeted as the manager held open the door for us. Our server Colin, was quick to greet us and introduced us to the fantastic menu. My wife started with the cream of crab, and insisted I should taste it. She almost cancelled her entree, to order another cream of crab. NOW, the salmon BLTa got my attention, and as seen in the photo was something to behold. The salmon was perfectly prepared and the taste of the entire fish was outstanding. We wish there were more of these Kitchens closer to our home. I forgot my wife had the salad, and of course it was perfect as well. We come here often because of the atmosphere and the service! We always ask for the server Caroline because she is by far a fantastic server. I saw a review that gave her a one out of five and I cannot understand how anyone could rate her so low. She always makes our kids feel welcome and she’s always joking not just with us but with all of her tables. It’s sad that someone thinks it’s OK to call her out by name. Ashling is a great place. Please don’t listen to the bad reviews. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100
