I understand that staff are often paid less than minimum wage, and customers often don't tip at buffets; but demanding is offensive (as not tipping also is).
Otherwise, staff is diligent and has always been friendly.
Sometimes confusing pricing, signs specifying certain foods as dinner rate.
Good range of selections, clean rest rooms, plenty of seating, nice to have vegetables and fish to choose from, enough variety to keep everyone happy.
