All attention to Salt and Pepper restaurant today!! Wow! We went there last night...Here are some thoughts. Staff: To me if the staff are friendly, the food is bound to be good...at least that's my theory. The wait staff AND the owner were so, so nice, so accommodating without being motherly. They offered to turn the music off for us..(not boom boom stuff, but not to our taste.) Our waitress was very efficient, bringing both main plates at once and in a timely way. Food: The chicken spring rolls were the freshest, best tasting i have ever had. Seriously, pipping hot and generous fillings. I had a 'signature' dish, some Phillipino words I can't remember, but it was pork. OH MY! Fantastic. My husband had honey chilli pork and it was really, really good. Dishes served with sides of noodles, potatoes, etc. VERY NICE. Super fresh! Ambience: Well, we were the only ones there, and that shouldn't be a red flag, as we were early eaters cause we were hungry! There is both inside and outside seating. Parking is secure. The location is great for us. It's on Langata road just up from Nakumat Crossroads. Prices were really good. Not too pricey, but not cheap enough to question why!

It's not just the presentation, it's the terrific taste that will swoon you back to Salt and Pepper! Heavenly Philippines in Nairobi!
