One word describes this taste, FOUL, or VILE. 16.99 per person for buffet is pretty cheap, the sushi was horrible tasted like it was made 3 days ago, I spit them all out, after trying each one. I wanted to leave right then and there before the hibachi was even made. There was only an option of 5 different kinds. 3 of which were only available at the time. I went and told him something was wrong with them and he looked at me like he couldn't understand, continued to prep for hibachi. All the meats tasted extremely off reminded me of reheating old Chinese food. The hibachi was probably the best taste, except too things the guy cooking doesn't speak English, has a very bad attitude, when you speak in English to him. The fried chicken, pizza and fries, was THE ONLY EDIBLE FOOD but who goes to an Asian buffet for that. So many meats taste like it had FREEZER BURN or FREEZER WATAR spilled all over it.
