We’ve been regulars at Ask Italian in Durham now for a number of years. We had our first date here, we got engaged here and we’ve just celebrated 1 year until our wedding here as well tonight. All of the front of house staff are welcoming, warm and friendly. Becky in particular has stood out to us the last 2 occasions we visited. After we got engaged there last year she went above and beyond for us on the evening. And when we returned tonight she recognised us and again made us feel welcome once again. The kitchen staff were also lovely and friendly on both occasions too. The food is always very good and the menu varied with lots of options for a range of dietary needs. I think it’s fair to say this place is holds very special memories for us and we’ll be back regularly for as long as it operates.
