The waiting staff were absolutely incredible attentive, friendly, professional and genuinely made us feel looked after throughout the visit. They deserve real credit for the level of service they provided. Unfortunately, the atmosphere behind the scenes really let the experience down. The kitchen staff came across as quite rude, repeatedly hitting the bell very loudly to get attention, which felt unnecessarily aggressive. It was hard not to notice clear friction and a divide within the team and honestly it wasn’t nice to see the waiting staff seemingly affected by it while still trying their best to provide excellent service. We visited at 14:00 - 15:30. A real shame because the front-of-house team were fantastic. We will back again regardless. Thank you. We were served by Philippa and Jodie who were very nice and catered to our every need , nothing was too much , it was our Phoebie’s 21st and we are so glad we spent it here , the food was cooked by Eniko and wow it was amazing we asked for garlic in the food and it was nice , we ended up that we asked Philippa if we could have our birthday cake and it was no problem , thank you to Philippa , Jodie and Eniko . Absolutely fantastic service from Philippa from the start. I nipped in to reserve a large table. She was so welcoming and friendly from the start, interacting with us and the kids!
