It is not nice to use industrial salami instead of pastrami in paçanga pastry. In any case, no one ate the industrial salami on the hors d'oeuvre plates. One wonders whether the uneaten salami on this plate has found its way into the paçanga pastry. Quality should be indispensable for every business. Hoping to be here again in better days.
