After a few years I return to Astor, and I discover that management has changed. The place has improved on many fronts, clearly. Expanded terrace area, always enchanting view, courteous and welcoming waiters (like all people from Belluno), always youthful atmosphere. It's still the cool bar it always was. The thing that made me turn up my nose was the bitter receipt at the end: €8.50 for two spritzes. Until not too long ago there was the historic price of €2.50 per spritz. Let's say it was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise since I always dated him in high school.
