We were looking for something to eat on a Monday evening and wandering through Nago we found this place. Sushi was very good and fresh & the chef was super nice and friendly!! Recommended Food: 5 Service: 5

Stopped here for a quick dinner quite late at night. Seems popular with locals. Extensive menu with plenty of Okinawan dishes. We enjoyed all the food we ate - very delicious. We also want to drop a note of thanks to whoever the kind stranger was seated near us at the bar. After he left we were presented with a huge plate of sushi and a tamago roll - apparently ordered and paid for by this kind man who didn't even stay to see the dishes served to us - or for us to thank him! This was a lovely, selfless gesture of kindness towards a foreigner and we can only assume that this person was keen for us to try some of the best dishes from Atarakushia. If any of the staff read this review and remember this event and the person responsible, please extend our heartfelt thanks to them. We were smiling for hours after!
