We cancelled our booking with over a year’s notice, yet the catering company refused to return our deposit. At that stage, no food had been prepared or costs incurred, so keeping the money feels completely unjustified. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a business prioritise profit over basic fairness. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
