Incident at Navarino's store. I asked for a classic chocolate bar from the window and while they have a paper tray in front of me with all the pieces cut out, the girl at the service goes to put me another tray with 3 pieces that look stale. I tell her I want it from the album that has all the tracks because the dessert looks fresher. He takes it out and suddenly turns to a lady sitting at the table, apparently in charge, and asks if this disc is an order from a customer. She hesitantly and thoughtfully answers yes. And he's going to play it again from the other disc. And I ask... if it is an order, why do you have it in the window for people to see? Why are you fooling customers? in the end I got a biscuit paste, which was completely stale, and an emmec with double cream, but with very little cream. Unacceptable treatment, from a shop considered good in town. I promised not to buy anything from there again, and I will also prevent friends from buying.
