Stopped by The Athenian Seafood Restaurant And Bar for dinner and it was a classic Seattle waterfront experience. The views alone make it worth the visit, with the harbor and ferries coming and going right outside the window. I ordered the clam chowder and grilled seafood platter, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The chowder was rich and creamy without being too heavy, and the seafood had a nice simple seasoning that let the natural flavors shine. The staff were friendly and attentive, and even though it was busy, service stayed smooth. It’s got that old-school seafood restaurant charm that feels timeless.
