I gave it three stars only because I bought the shrimp skewer meal for $36 & it was such a small portion for that size. The meal itself was good. This meal and one drink was a little over $50. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Only come here for views! I came excited to try a new rooftop experience in Madison and left underwhelmed. As a Madison native, a Latin inspired rooftop restaurant sounded like the best thing ever. When we got there we were greeted by a very friendly and warm woman. She was probably the highlight of the night. We decided to sit at the bar and the guy who was there met us with the most terrible attitude. Personally service and the people is what makes or breaks a great experience and to have that as my first impression is disappointing. We ordered food and decided we wanted to look outside. The views are nice I will say. And the atmosphere outside is what makes it worth going. I asked him if we could move outside and he shrugged. Since I ordered food I asked him if I could have my main sent outside instead, he basically said no thus I said well I can just come back in and get it. For a place that's charging 34 dollars for a pasta he could have been nicer and more accommodating. Mind you it was basically empty. The woman came back out and handed me my main. Again she was spectacular. I had wished my tip went to her instead. Now the food.... It was pretty disappointing to say the least. We tried the fries, mole arepa, and pasta brava. Out of all of this you would think they would at least be able to make good fries. They were under seasoned and bland. The mole, look I understand that there are regional differences in mole. As a Mexican I know it can be different depending where. But this was probably the worst mole I've had at a restaurant. It was bland and NOT MOLE. The pasta was not any better. Scallops were overdone and the pasta lacked flavor. It had a nice kick but that's it really. For 34 dollars you would think it would have more depth. The drinks were good, but honestly you would expect them to be at the very least. Overall it feels like an identity problem. What are they trying to do and what are they wanting to do well. Because in my experience it could just be a bar with how bad the food and service was. At the end we decided to go to the wisco and the fires were 10x better. Overall 2 starts is even a little much. I did so because of the wonderful woman and the views. Otherwise would've given 1. Come here for views and drinks. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Had a great experience in the past, but they cannot handle larger groups. Had two different workers turn us away while refusing to give timelines to be let in. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
