From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is unpleasant here. The terrific service shows a high level of quality at this place. Very disappointed. Me and my dad always come here for our fish and chips, I believe the best in Kettering. Unfortunately tonight I have lost trust here. Waited over a hour for our delivery even though it’s 10 minutes away. The worst part is when it arrived my scampi was freezing cold and the chips were cold. I have tried ringing the store about 5 times and no answer just straight to voicemail, what a shame especially when money is tight for most people at the moment. Food: 1 Service: 1
