This cafe and Msheireb Enrichment Centre can be both really attractive for tourists. If you like the Arabic cuisine, you should visit Atrium Lounge. It's worth coming to this place for tasty turkey and good chicken. Do not leave without eating nicely cooked Om Ali, tiramisu and croissants. Great French coffee, moroccan tea or karak are waiting for you at this spot.
This cafe is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, prices are adequate. I visited the Sheraton Hotel Doha and stopped by to try their Umm Ali. All I can say is that it’s absolutely worth the visit—rich, comforting, and one of the best versions of the dessert I’ve had. The ambience was great as well, with a relaxing atmosphere that made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the iced Americano was the complete opposite. To be honest, it was one of the worst I’ve had—an absolute waste of caffeine and money, and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Come for the Umm Ali and the atmosphere, but I’d personally skip the iced Americano. Meal type: Other Price per person: QAR 100–150 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stay at the hotel quite frequently, Atrium lounge is the worst experience during our stay. We sit and we wait for long time just to give the order. Waiters there are not welcoming and they are having a hospitality issues. After a while, we get lucky and they come to check on us like if we had ordered already. Anyhow, we place the order, it takes ages for the order to arrive. For example, we ordered a French coffee with some cake. They deliver the coffee first, it gets cold while we are waiting for the slice of cake that is ready in the fridge and it should be served immediately. We had to ask for the cake again and we waited some more time. Finally the cake was delivered. However, the coffee is cold now. We were not able to enjoy the coffee with the cake and now we are not able to enjoy the cake with the coffee. Also, I would like to add a comment on the team that presents/deliver the food to our table, clearly they are not trained to serve anything at all, they don't know where to place the glass or the water bottles. I was sitting there with my wife, the waiter came to serve the water, he didn't bother to ask for whom is the still water and for whom is the sparkling water. So, we he did is that he kept two empty glasses in front of my wife and two bottles of water in front of me. Like I said, I come to the lounge multiple times. The staff/waiters they have no clue what milk that they are using for the milk based beverages, I had to ask them multiple times and they told me an incorrect information. Till one day, I found the head chef, he was so friendly and he explained to me and corrected the incorrect information that I was told. Those staff/waiters they are Arabs like me, but they are having difficulties understanding Arabic or English. SHERATON is big name owned by a big name (MARRIOTT), those staff are ruining the whole experience. Meal type: Other Price per person: QAR 100–150 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Atrium impressed me quite a lot with how elegant and calm the place was, very posh and warm in terms of ambiance. Great hospitality and the staff members were very welcoming and big thanks to Nassima who made that experience ever better. Wide range of options into the menu and tasty beverages based on personal experience. Highly recommended. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
