Came to buy a baguette for my breakfast, I ask for a baguette, the person offers me a sourdough one, I answer no thank you, she insists, "it's natural sourdough it's very good for your health" I answer thank you I I don't like it, I want the simplest possible baguette, she replies, "if you prefer industrial, that's up to you", and insists once again, "you're sure you want tradition, not the one with leaven?"
