It would have been more judicious to discuss it directly rather than being so categorical! For your information, know that our 20 years of seniority do not allow us to put just anything in the distributor. Sensitive products or ingredients (such as eggs) are systematically banned from distribution. The pizzas contained in the machine are no more than 3 days old and are stored (still in the machine) in a dedicated refrigerated area. We have permanent monitoring of our products. It would have been good to tell us what product you consumed (Pizzas, Hot “Moon” Sandwich, Nutella Tacos, etc.), the exact name of the product purchased, the place, day and approximate time of visit. We can understand and admit that the quality is not is unfortunately not there on a lot received but I think that it would be good to show a little more tolerance. Already if it is true that the pizza contained ONLY CARTILAGE (which I highly doubt) it would have been good to take a photo of the product in question.
