And by extension, who therefore do not respect the employees of these same companies. You have come for lunch, our staff also appreciates being able to have lunch before cooking for you. From now on, our doors will be closed until opening time arrives, so no more problems. I invited you to sit in the living room while waiting to wait. I didn't offer a drink?? No, the restaurant was not open, and my employees were on break time. And I am proud to tell you that it is because I respect my employees and the benefits granted to them that I keep them, and have done so for a long time!! However, can I allow myself to remind you that when you were offered a drink, once you were seated at the table, you did not want anything, you can specify it yourself in this comment... For the menu, you have failed to indicate the service of an appetizer before anything else, then stuffed mushrooms (for your information there are 3, whole on the plate) with fresh cheese and smoked duck breast, it was noted on the menu . Mustard vinaigrette too, that's the very name of the starter.... For the rabbit, it was also noted the ballotine of rabbit stuffed with olives, you had 180gr of meat (that's precise yes, because the 'we weigh!!!) (did you expect that we would serve you the whole rabbit??), polenta, small vegetables and a tapenade sauce. It is certain that if you were thinking of having a fantastic meal, we are not the place to come, and we are sorry. I also thank you for your advice on going out, I will take note of it and it will be a pleasure... Please note, for your information, that we have customers who are regulars at the restaurant, and others who stay at the hotel for stays, and who are delighted with our menu, the same one you chose, which changes every day and offers a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and/or 2 desserts.
