Wonderful views and amazing service! You should absolutely try the bugliticce. You can buy Corsican cheese from the producer (Jean-André) for 12€. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very nice Auberge offering few regional dishes. All cheese is homemade. Make sure you don't miss the excellent beignets! Please note, Auberge U Fiuminale is situated in a non-inhabited old stone village in the mountains. The houses are restored with passion to detail. The berger and his wife are running the Auberge U Fiuminale in July and August.
