we ordered lunch here today, wasn't cheap and what we got was not worth what we paid my daughters pizza was burnt and looked unpleasant the waitress asked if I wanted it cooked again but we were pretty much finished our meals was not offered any sort of refund. Safe to say I won't be going back the Cafe down the road that sells ice cream was a more kid friendly place with better customer service so if your thinking of taking your kids here or just want friendly service go there not here.

I had lunch today with a friend. I ordered for my family, when the meals arrived, mine didn't, then I was told it was not put on the order and they would go get receipt for the order. I waited and waited while they continued to serve others and leave me waiting, when the person came and brought it back everyone else had nearly completed there meals. I was told that I could go and purchase it but not told that it would be prioritised so I could eat with my family and friend. I ordered a kids pizza and got charged for a normal pizza that was burnt and tasted funny. my partners burger was burnt, the chips were served in a dish that was chipped and peeling also stole cold. I tried speaking to management which didn't result in anything being resolved. I left highly disappointed and will not be recommending this place to others.
