I had a very disappointing experience at this location and would not recommend it. I went in to purchase almond pretzel nuggets and was told at the register that I was being charged for regular pepperoni nuggets instead. I stopped the transaction because that was not what I ordered. There was no clear signage on the menu indicating that almond nuggets were only available in a regular size, and there did not appear to be a proper register button for almond nuggets at all. When I asked for clarification, the manager, Dominic, came from the back and explained that even though it was not printed anywhere, almond nuggets could only be sold in the regular size. His response did not adequately address my concern about the lack of clear pricing or menu information. What made the experience worse was that he then proceeded to help two customers who were standing behind me without fully resolving my issue or asking what I wanted to purchase. I felt dismissed and ignored as a customer. I was also very concerned about hygiene. I did not see him wash his hands before handling pretzels, and he touched food after coming from the back. During the interaction, he was also making repeated fart noises (ticks), which felt unprofessional in a food-service setting. Overall, the customer service was poor, the pricing/menu information was unclear, and the food-handling practices raised concerns for me. I will not be returning to this location. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They’re closing down their kitchen at 5:04 pm. And dude at the front, with his weird & rude energy, drinking his drink in my face instead of being professional & sitting it down to speak to a customer can kick rocks too. Drove to this location because of the fact that they were open. Highly inconvenient Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cashier was rude and was not a good representation of auntie anne's at all. Playing loud music and seemed to be bothered to assist a customer. If I had not had these awesome pretzels before I would not have spent my hard earned money. WILL NOT be going back on the future
