This is the greatest place near Silver Spring Civic Center. Being at this fast food, try nicely cooked Brezeln. A number of guests mark that the staff is energetic here. Went by and grabbed some pretzel bites today I started throwing them back whole, and the cup was still full. They were also warm and if they aren't they give you a new cup, they weren't raw, didnt leave those dough balls in my teeth and they weren't over-cooked and chewy. We also took a long time at the register and they were patient. Just wanted to let anyone looking at the reviews know the pretzels are good here, if they were ever troublesome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by here today since I hadn't had an Auntie Anne's pretzel in years and it definitely didn't disappoint! I got a cinnamon sugar one and it tasted just as good as I remember them tasting. In my eyes if you have a craving for a soft pretzel this place has been and always will be the best place to get one from.
