Absolutely Disgraceful: A Safety Hazard at Austin's Steak & Homestyle Buffet I am appalled by the experience my family had at Austin's Steak & Homestyle Buffet. My mother suffered a serious fall today because there was water on the floor with no WET FLOOR SIGN in sight. What’s worse? She was left sitting there, helpless, while staff—including the owner—completely ignored the situation. It’s unacceptable that in a place that should prioritize customer safety, there’s such a blatant disregard for basic precautions. I’ve seen video footage of the incident, and it’s beyond frustrating to witness this level of negligence. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone and urge others to think twice before visiting. This kind of indifference to customer well-being is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!
