You have ordered multiple times; this is not your second visit, and you have complained every single time. You have been disrespectful on multiple occasions.   We explained to you that one of your pizzas had come out, and we were waiting on the second. There was a few-minute wait on the second. When you complained that the pizzas would be cold, we even offered to make you new ones so that they would come out at the same time, but you still refused.   This begs the question: Why do you keep driving out of your way from your home in Donvale to keep ordering at our store if we have very poor service and our pizzas are cold?   We have done everything we can to try and satisfy your requests on multiple occasions, but unfortunately, we can not do anything more.     Regards, Flavours ManagementMore
