Best macaroons in Pontarlier but slow and disorganized service. Only 2 sellers at 12:30 p.m. only to see one disappear along the way while the queue extends to the outside. The service is poorly organized and staff go back and forth in front of customers with empty hands, without saying a word... you might think that they had nothing to do but giving a hand to the other salespeople is not enough. was not part of their objectives! Damage. The prices are also excessive, you can find marshmallow bears for €1.20 each and a box with 2 decorated bears including a small chocolate plaque costs you €7.90... I had to strain my ears to hear the price because as with many products, the prices are not displayed (and yet it is obligatory!), for the macarons, I asked the saleswoman the price of one of the boxes, she did not know answer me precisely.
