This is my first time leaving a Google Maps review, and unfortunately it’s because of a very unpleasant experience. The staff attitude was genuinely awful. I’ve never been spoken to in such a confrontational and rude manner by staff before. I stayed at Novotel for two days, and coming here on my last day turned out to be a mistake. I briefly placed some drinks I had bought while sightseeing on the table which I don't drink for sure, and two female staff members took turns telling me not to put them there. And they finally take it away. It wasn’t just the rule itself, but the way it was communicated aggressive, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile. It left me feeling uncomfortable and talked down to as a customer. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and not a place I would return to. I would only recommend this place to those who don’t mind paying for an unpleasant experience. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
