I rarely write reviews, but felt it was important to share my experience. There is a 330 yen service charge in addition to the requirement of ordering at least one drink per person. While this is not uncommon, no appetiser such as nuts or small snacks was provided alongside the charge. Unfortunately, the food itself was very disappointing. It lacked flavour and appeared to be either frozen or pre-prepared items reheated in a microwave, which could clearly be heard in use from the dining area. The spare ribs were especially disappointing — they seemed to be microwaved from frozen, with very little meat and almost no flavour.
