We were at breakfast on 04/06, there was a very long wait for the waiter, we had to wait at least 15 minutes. At the same time, they didn’t even come up, didn’t ask, maybe for water. Since we were sitting in a distant part of the hall, it was visually impossible to draw attention to ourselves in any way; no one really looked after this part of the hall. We ordered potato waffles with salmon - the avocado in the dish was a little hard, which could be forgiven for another establishment, but not for one that specializes in avocados. The cheesecakes are terrible. Firstly, the menu states that “cheesecakes, custard, strawberries”, in fact strawberries are crushed berries in the form of sauce. The cheesecakes themselves are dry on top, the crust seems to be pulled together, the inside is impossibly hot, they burn. Well, the taste, like the consistency, did not make me want to eat them. When leaving, we had to take our clothes out of the closet ourselves, no one offered help, and there was also no place to put the bag. Beautiful interior, beautiful presentation of dishes. Everything else needs work. The stated Grilled Salmon on the menu was steamed and absolutely tasteless. (the fish is not fresh) The waiter Mikhail brought a compliment, we refused because we don’t eat butter. After which they asked to bring only a piece of bread, to which the waiter replied that they had already taken it away and it would not be possible to bring it. He talked at length, condescendingly. The aftertaste was not very pleasant. After such service, there is no desire to return. We hope that management will take action against this waiter.
