Awful! We stood in the entrance waiting to be seated and were completely ignored by at least 5 members of staff,one of them walked past us three times! 15 minutes later when we were eventually acknowledged, we were told they were fully booked! Why couldn't have someone told us this as we walked in? Even better,when I checked on their website 10 minutes later,they have available bookings from 5.30pm onwards! Woefully understaffed and the staff that were there are sadly lacking in any kind of customer service skills

Honestly, I am the Worlds fussiest for food standards, but can not fault over visit tonight! IMMACULATE clean restaurant, wonderful warm, welcoming, helpful staff, and the food was to die for! Well done and special thanks to Bethan & Cari who looked after us PERFECTLY! Erin and Donna at the bar, and Neil overseeing things!

Brilliant service , the restaurant is very clean and safe and the food is lovely, staff are very friendly , was very organised will be going again soon
