What a fabulous experience!! The ambiance was amazing although I could have used a little more space between myself and someone else sitting next to me. Very minor thing compared to the overall experience. The course was amazing and so was the wine pairing for each course. The staff had great knowledge of the food they were serving and were able to answer questions as well. They were friendly as well. All in all, it was a very memorable experience and will be back to try their a la carte menu an dthe 8 course tasting menu as well! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $100+

First time at Avelo restaurant, winterlicious reservation for a party of 6. From start to finish my experience was beautiful. We were sat upstairs and served by Adri (sorry if I got this wrong, couldn't make out the handwritten name on the wildflower seed business card at the end), a lovely human who added a lot of warmth to the evening. The food was delicious and luckily my friends all offered to share so we got to taste pretty much everything on the winterlicious menu. The ambient noise level was perfect (sounds can be an issue for me) and the background music was soft. The decor, colours and fabrics were luxurious and elevated the experience. We were lucky to be the last seating at that table for the night so we really got to indulge in our conversations and slowly savour our meal over 2.5 hours. I would absolutely go back. Thank you to the team! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60
