I walked in and instantly caught eyes. I dont know If its the area but people of color exist. The bartender looked annoyed at taking my order. I waited for another drink until my food came. Which took a while. Upset at the vibes I had higher hopes. Do better spencer. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
