I've wanted to write this review for a long time but never got around to it. A few years ago my mother had a traffic accident at the intersection right next to the kiosk. When the doctors called my father, he rushed to the scene and parked in front of the kiosk in a panic. The employees immediately approached my father and told him to move. When he explained what had happened, they didn't care at all. Something like that is just absurd and inhumane, hence the rating. How heartless can one be in such a situation. Shame on you.
